This book is a tool that should support each wine-maker in finding their way to producing a high quality organic wine minimizing the use of external inputs in the vineyard and in the cellar as well as maintaining, in the final product, as much as possible of the character of the grape, of the farm and of the farmer.

It is a good tool for interpreting the EU regulations on organic wine-making shortly
coming into force and to put it into practice not only as a mandatory bureaucratic burden but,
as it should be, as a tool for improvement of the industry and communication with the consumer.
